Attorney Cynthia Garrett is Co-President of Families Advocating for Campus Equality (FACE), and Board President of Stop Abusive and Violent Environments (SAVE), both groups that champion fairness in campus sexual misconduct cases. Cynthia works directly with invariably traumatized accused students and their terrified families, and also advocates for legislation requiring a more balanced process at both the federal and state level.

If you have children in or about to attend college you need to hear what Cynthia has to say.!

SAVE and FACE has been fighting the battle of innocent men and women being falsely accused of sexual assault/rape,  which in many cases has led to the falsely accused being so shamed and suffering so much loss that they have committed suicide.

“Believe the Victim Investigations” or “Trauma-Informed Police Training”  are now enforced in at least 4 states in America, with campaigns to push the destruction of due process rights in every state but one. This is the worst thing to ever happen to the American Justice System and make no mistake. This is an attempt to put a finger on the scales of justice.
